Master Chef Culinary Arts Centre, the first and only one in Cyprus, has opened with the main sponsorship of ARÇELİK MUTFAK.

It is an educational centre as well as a place where you can follow your hobby. We teach healthy eating for all ages, cooking methods and techniques, tasty and healthy gourmet dishes, boutiques deserts and cake-making, health and hygiene in the kitchen, which wine with which dish, cooking with alcohol, culinary culture, guest dining, table set up and gastronomy.

We set off with joy in 2008 with the slogan 'Be the Master Chef of your own kitchen'.  Modern city dwellers latest passion of bringing world cuisine to their own kitchens and culinary schools has brought more than 1000 cookery enthusiasts together to the centre of taste.  With the positive energy gathered from our participants we carry on our path with more pleasure.

The founder and director of the centre Pembe Yılmaz has studied 'Travel and Tourism' in England.  She spent years both in England and in Cyprus working at executive level in this sector.  She then decided to fulfil her dreams and completed 'Culinary Arts Academy' in Southern Cyprus.  She completed this as 1st in her class and finished her training by gaining work experience at Hilton Park Hotel.  In addition Mrs Yılmaz has successfully completed her postgraduate training at London's City &Guild Culinary Arts' 'Food Preparation and Culinary Art' degree.

 In 2007 she represented her country Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus at the annual International Gastronomy Contest in İstanbul and earned a bronze medal amongst the 1200 participants from 35 countries.  Haven taken part in this contest and winning a medal has given Mrs Yılmaz the confidence and great motivation in the job she has taken up.

 Pembe Yılmaz has earned many medals in many more international contests.  She fulfilled the last step of her dreams by setting up the 'Master Chef Culinary Arts Centre' in Cyprus.

Master Chef Culinary Arts Centre is open to everyone, men and women of all ages who like to cook and try new flavours, anyone who wants to cook like a skilled chef but couldn't find the time, and people who are bored of the same old routines and anyone who want to improve their skills.  Mrs Yılmaz has decided to start this centre to teach these people the fine details of cooking with imaginative concepts.

'Master Chef Culinary Arts Centre' is a place where the participants find the opportunity to improve their culinary culture while having fun and building long-lasting friendships at a privileged, hygienic, safe and up to world-class standards centre.

This is a centre where the participants find course programmes that address their individual areas of interest, together with different and fun practical classes.  Our  award-winning instructor,  Pembe Yılmaz while teaching you different flavours from world cuisine, she is sharing her wisdom and experience she has gained from  international institutes.
